Hardback small octavo, dustjacket, very good condition (in good dustjacket), black & white photos, edge tears repaired jacket (edges & reverse side little toned, spine little faded), some edgewear. 106 pp. Frank Leslie Thompson Wilmot, an Australian poet who wrote as 'Furnley Mauriceâ, was prominent throughout an interesting period of transition from the horse-and-buggy days to modern times. He was a manager at the famous Cole's Book Arcade in Melbourne for many years. The author, Frederick T. Macartney, had a long and close friendship with his fellow poet.
