Deliberation Day

I acknowledged all orders by e-mail, confirming order number and customer details. Another e-mail will be sent confirming despatch of order. All my books are heat-sealed in polythene and securely packed in bubble-wrap Jiffy envelopes or cardboard. I try to send orders the same day but, if that's not possible, then the next day at the latest. Computer generated paperwork will accompany all orders and details shown will include customer details, order numbers and book details. This despatch note will be affixed to the package, along with a returns label. I cannot accept responsibility for lost or misrouted orders. However, please be assured that this rarely happens and I will do everything I can to locate missing orders.
