Sturdy, attractive, tightly bound, internally clean hardcover copy, with unbruised tips, neat and tidy paste-downs; not ex-library, with neither highlighting nor underlining. Light scuffing and discoloration to covers and spine. Bumping to spine head and foot. Pages are in very good condition, with rough-cut edges and gilt top-edge. Gilt and embossing on cover and spine. A perfectly serviceable reference copy; nothing fancy, but complete and sturdy. xxiii + 276 pp. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.

Black and white pictorial frontispiece. Boots Ex-library rebind with associated stickers and markings to pages and boards. Clean pages with noticeable tanning and foxing throughout. More pronounced to free endpapers and pastedowns. Pencil markings to front free endpaper. Ownership plate stuck to front pastedown. Tape repair to front hinges. Top edges textblock are uncut. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces and bumping to corners. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Moderate sunning to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends. Visible wear marks to boards.
