Victor Gollancz Ltd, 1964. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good Dust Jacket. This old book with dust jacket is solid and in great shape! This is a thick hardcover book with 526 pages including many illustrations and photos. The binding is strong with all pages firmly attached. There is a faint stain on the bottom of the first few pages and a light crease mark on the bottom corner of the first hundred pages. The pages are otherwise clean with no tears. The copyright page shows 1964 as the published date. This is definitely Not a former library book. The price has been clipped from the DJ flap. The dust jacket is over 99% intact with light chipping on the edges and light edgewear. I have placed the DJ in a fresh mylar jacket and this old book looks and feels great! We always ship in a sturdy cardboard box!

Binding has remained firm. Boards are a little rub worn, slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are mildly crushed. Light tanning to spine and edges. Light wear to unclipped dust jacket with tears, nicks and creases to spine, edge and corners. Heavy tanning to spine and edges.
