Page 313 has a 3 & 1/2 inch tear at bottom, and page 317 has a 2 inch tear at bottom, there is also a small stain on a page, and the paste-on frontspiece has some minor wearing away of image. Otherwise, very good condition..

Bookhouse for Children Publishers. Very Good+ with No dust jacket as issued. 1925. Revised Edition. Hardcover. Embossed dark green boards with central large paste-down on front, with white accenting to the embossing. Modest shelf and edge wear, but tightly bound and clean throughout. Ask for a photo as there are many permutations of this series and buyer would surely want volumes to match! .
