Signed by the Mayor of Germiston (Eddie Donaldson), Chairman (A H Botha) and Secretary (Eleanor Fell). Dated 1979-08-27. A much worn but resolute copy. The dustjacket has wear, tanning and scuffing. It is intact and secure. The board covers are scuffed and marked . The frontispage has a presentation certificate affixed to it. The guttering about the end page is cracked; the security of the book is not affected. The pages are benign, clean, clear, diligent, earnest, assured. fk.
