[New York, 1997. Artist's book, one of 20 copies, all on Arches paper each signed and numbered by Sarah Plimpton. Page size: 5-3/4 x 8-11/16 inches; 32pp. Bound: loose as issued in publisher's tan wrappers, housed in custom-made brown cloth over boards clamshell box with paper label on spine printed in black with title and author / artist. Sarah Plimpton's poem is accompanied by her own aquatints which were printed b Peter Pettengill in Hinsdale, NH. Ms. Plimpton designed and illustrated and printed the book in 1994 at the Manhattan Graphics Center and the Grenfell Press in New York City. The box was made by BookLab in Austin, TX. The poem, capturing a brief moment on a sunny day, is perfectly complemented by the golden hues of the aquatints, brought up sharply by the interjection of bold black forms.
