The book is a stated First Edition, Doubleday Doran. The DJ is a Grosset & Dunlap. I found it that way and the DJ is close to the DD and better than nothing. Dark blue cloth with gold lettering. It is unread tightness, very square, and has no writing of any kind. BUT the spine has a crease from the top to the bottom.
