One of only about 100 copies (of 2000 printed) housed in a sturdy, handmade plywood sleeve. Finally the anthology sees the light of day in its complete form, with the fourth volume, devoted to rhythmic changes, which previously was released separately by John Fahey on Revenant. New from the publisher.
